Goldleaf Restaurant was founded in 1971 by a group of Singaporean businessmen who wanted to share their passion for the culture and cuisine of Taiwan. Determined to serve the best of what Taiwan had to offer, they brought in a team of award-winning chefs to helm the restaurant at Orchard Road, which developed a range of immensely popular dishes that have now become our signatures. Their legacy lives on in the succeeding generations of chefs whom they mentored and passed down their recipes to.
